US Shipping Times
Shipping takes 5-12 business days in the contiguous United States and up to 15 business days for Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories.
Non-US Shipping Times
We support international delivery. Shipping takes 7-15 business days for areas outside of the United States. There are occasional delays to Australia.
All order tracking information will be emailed to you upon reception by us from the carrier. This may take 3-5 business days.
Refunds and Returns Time Frame
Dear Felicity has a 30 day refund policy. If you want to return the purchased item, simply send it back to us for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Processing Times and Refund Process
To request a full refund, just email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order requesting a refund. We will then immediately start your full refund process. We will send you a full refund, to your bank, within 2 days. The processing time may also be less than 2 days. We will also email you a free shipping label. Then you can just drop off the package at any post office near you. The original package is unnecessary.
Defects and Damages
If your item is defective or damaged, please let us know. We will send you a full refund immediately.
Any item that is consummable, such as makeup, cannot be refunded once it has been used.
